In April at the SkillsUSA SLSC, Brady Mitchell was recognized as SkillsUSA Arizona Advisor of the Year! We want to recognize Brady here as a former ATIEA President and Member. Brady bring an impressive array of Skills, Experience and Credentials to his course at West-MEC NWC. He is very intentional in integrating SkillsUSA into his Classroom, Lab, and Chapter! Way to go Brady!

In March 25, Paul Getz was recognized as having an OUTSTANDING CTE PROGRAM. He has been working incredibly hard this year launching a new Cloud IT Program. This is on top of the IT Security classes that he normally teaches. He is constantly innovating, and adapting his class to meet or exceed current industry standards.
Michael Keck was awarded as having an OUTSTANDING CTE PROGRAM in February of 2025. Mr. Keck teaches Welding and Construction Technology for Cienega High School. His construction class builds tiny homes for new teachers in the Vail School District.
